Suction produces a series of heavy duty lever grease guns, which are for lubricating day-in and day-out heavy-duty industrial applications. Each has its own special feature for the mechanic’s different lubricating needs such as a long handle for better leverage plus a replaceable hex nut (A-316), a side handle (A-302) and an iron-cast gun head design (A-475NS). The extra heavy duty lever gun features both an iron-cast gun head design and a heavy duty follower rod handle (AIC-476NS).

Standard lever grease guns feature an optional air vent valve and a filler plug. They also feature a three-way fill with bulk, cartridge, and filler pump loading. The transparent lever grease gun features a patented built-in air releasing valve, which helps purge the air blocking the grease. A transparent window on the grease gun tube helps the user identify the grease type used and the amount of the grease left in the lever grease gun. The transparent lever grease gun also features a three-way fill with bulk, cartridge, and filler pump loadings.

Suction’s professional lever grease gun comes in two sizes: 400 c.c. bulk / 14 oz. cartridge and 500 c.c. bulk / 16 oz. cartridge. The professional lever grease gun features a three-way fill with bulk, cartridge, and filler pump loading.

The patented two-piston grease gun is for high volume performance and suitable for lubricating parts for trucks, agricultural machines and other devices that need high volume lubricants. It can deliver three time more amount of the lubricant than the 1 oz./ 40 strokes delivered by the traditional lever grease gun. This function makes lubricating more efficient in terms of time and effort. The two-piston grease gun also features a three-way fill with bulk, cartridge, and filler pump loading.

(27 oz.) bulk capacity, a lightweight lever grease gun with an aluminum tube, mini lever grease guns with bulk loading and with capacities of 200 c.c. (6.8 oz.) and 80 c.c.
